Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party you nominated, take physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (by email to support@ifixphone.pt of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement (for example, an email). Please include your order number, date of receipt and the goods you wish to return.

After notifying us, you must return the goods to:

within 14 calendar days from the date you communicated your decision to withdraw.

Return Conditions

The goods must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging, including accessories, user manuals, and original invoice. They must be shipped via a traceable method. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless otherwise stated by us.

We will reimburse you all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (where applicable), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days after we receive the goods or evidence of their having been sent back (whichever is earlier). The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise.

Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items)

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health/hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed after delivery (for example ear-phones, certain screen protectors once applied, sealed personal accessories)

  • Goods which are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly

  • Customised or personalised items made at your request or clearly personalised

  • Goods which by their nature are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery

Faulty or Non-Conforming Goods

In addition to your withdrawal rights, you also have legal rights if the goods are defective, not as described, or do not conform to the contract. Under Portuguese law, movable goods (most electronics and accessories) are covered by a statutory guarantee of 3 years. We will repair or replace the item, or where repair or replacement is impossible, we will reduce the price or terminate the contract and refund you. We cover all associated costs (transport, labour, materials) for defective goods.
